All our carbon wheels will 100% QC check before releasing to the customer, If you have found the defect in the products, Please provide pictures or video, serial number label picture by email or submit the claim form accordingly, after we received your information we will provide a solution to you asap.
We are consistently trying to improve our rims weight limits, currently our carbon wheels max rider limit was 120kg(265lbs).
